I use the ball for my feet, for massages, it's the second one I've bought. My daughter has plantar fasciitis and it's great for that. It's hard and made of cork, not heavy. I'm happy with the purchase.
I thought they'd be made of hard, heavy plastic, but to my surprise, they're like polyethylene—lightweight yet durable, perfect for carrying in my backpack every day. Fast shipping. Thanks, seller. Highly recommended.
Looks like you might squish it when using it but very firm, had some big clients use it and report that it felt very solid and was effective. It's a little larger than your normal rubber lacrosse/trigger ball, which will be useful for some clients. One of my clients said she appreciated the non-rubbee feeling. Has an odd little flat spot which i assume is from manufacturing but hasn't impacted use.

I liked the peanut ball, it's great for back massage, it really relaxes the muscles. I'll order a double one next time, I recommend the product and the seller.

At first I thought they were heavy, but they are solid and very light in weight. They will help me treat my patients while doing exercises.
Very dense, hard. I'm afraid to make a mistake, the material resembles foamed polystyrene. I massaged my neck and back while squatting against the wall, it felt soothing. Thank you, I will use it.
Item as described and delivered on time. The product is lighter than expected (great for transport and travelling) and whilst having some give to it, is remarkably robust, supporting 85kg of weight when used i.e. Supports entire body weight and rolling motion. Would recommend product and seller.
prima peanut bol body massage, good to use for neck pain. Massages the neck perfectly, does what it needs to do!
Good quality, sturdy enough to lay on. i don't like the texture of it but it gets the spasms and tension spots just as well as a sock of tennis balls
useful.
Its ok, i have some center back issues and although its harder than i thought it would be, hard plastic vs a hard rubber that i thought would at least give a little, it did make my back feel a bit better after using it so only deducted 1 star.
Awesome way to foam roll in a small package
A+ great peanut ball massage ball for after my workouts and pain.
Feels and looks like hard styrofoam. very sturdy. delivered as described
It's durable.
Decent for the price. It works as expected, but the build quality feels basic.
I am not impressed at all with peanut ball boby massage fascia ball at all. The ball itself is just a painted styrofoam arts and craft ball that will fall apart if you put any amount of weight on it.. I would not recommend buying this item
Never received item and when i called in they wanted me to call carrier. Nothing done about the order. Highly dissatisfied customer with the company and. The carrier. I lost over 50 dollars on this and i will not order again unless it is made right
Good fascia massage ball
Kind of harder and larger than i thought it would be but it seems ok.
perfect for those who experience back discomfort
Meets the description
It is very functional for strengthening exercises, yoga, and stretching. Very durable.
Smaller than expected
It's a bit bigger than i expecte - yet fits to description. Quite hard, suits well for massage (shoulders, triceps, forearm), recommended.
