I ordered the hardest elastic band. It's really great, hard to stretch, but that's only a plus. It's high quality, I like it. I ordered one, so there shouldn't have been any bags. I already regret not ordering a set of three elastic bands, because I took the heaviest one to try. Buy it, it's a quality product. I recommend the seller.

Okay, then I find it a bit easy, I would have liked the resistance to be a little stronger but that's subjective! A bit anti-slip on the inside.

Fantastic! I have thick thighs and the rubber bands rolled down and pulled at the hair on my thighs, these are perfect, i put them on over my shorts and they fit great, they didn't roll down or anything. It came with three and a cheap paperlike bag to store the bands in. I wear 3xl shorts and have short fat legs, these worked great for me. I can't recommend them enough. Super stretchy!
At first glance, they seem to offer good resistance, even the lightest ones; we'll see with use, let's hope they don't deform. I like that they are made of this material because the latex ones roll up and are very uncomfortable; I'm eager to use them. They come with a small guide of suggested exercises and a large bag to store them.

Optimal quality/price, I didn't expect more for that price. They last even longer than any silicone band that ends up breaking. The size is good, as from experience, if it's smaller it's too much to work the middle gluteus in the hip opening.
